LaBaaBaa
Sick of Labubus taking over your feed? If you’re low-key terrified of these trendy but very likely evil monster toys, then let me introduce you to LaBaaBaa! This is the wholesome, woolly, and only slightly unhinged alternative to the Labubus taking over the internet and people’s handbags. Attach a keychain to your LaBaaBaa and keep it on your project bag or add some beads to the base to make a desktop buddy. This pattern also includes instructions for a sweater vest to knit for your LaBaaBaa, so you can match at fiber festivals and meet-ups with your yarny friends! The mini sweaters are a great way to use up scrap yarn or mini skeins, or to make a visual log of your own projects by knitting LaBaaBaa a whole closet to match yours!

This pattern is knit in pieces primarily in the round. The body and wool cap are knit with an off-white fluffy boucle yarn, while the head and legs are knit in dark wool to imitate the look of a Valais Blacknose sheep. A swivel keychain is attached to the top of the head so you can hang your LaBaaBaa from your project bag, and the pattern includes instructions for a fingering weight sweater to customize your LaBaaBaa.
