About a year ago, I became fascinated with using these ruffling tape yarns and as you can see came up with some different neckwarmers and minicapelet. This six page tutorial pattern includes a materials list and how to find all the supplies needed, lots of photos, instructions for making two different styles of neckwarmers as well as a pair of ruffled wristwarmers/fingerless gloves and a long scarf. These would look so-o-o cute peeking out of a coat or jacket and look sassy but sweet.  Have fun knitting these.  Just remember, they make great gifts too.
