These cosy warmers will keep you hands toasty warm throughout the cold months.

You have here the instructions on how to knit the covers and how to sew and fill the wheat bags.

The knitted cover holds the heat from the wheat after you have microwaved it to help with protecting your hands from a cold steering wheel on the way to work, cheering your team from the sidelines, pottering about the garden, keeping warm at the farmers’ market, manning newspaper or vegetable stalls, or for anyone with poor circulation or rheumatism!

The heating instructions for the wheat bags are at the bottom of the sewing diagram.
