Knitted Block for a Bedspread
The sample is knitted from a pattern in the August 1918 issue of The Modern Priscilla.
Also included are the instructions for a matching edge.
“One 100-yard spool of silk-finish crochet cotton at 10 cents will make about three 4 1/2 inch blocks. a coarser knitting cotton will, of course, make a correspodingly larger block. The blocks are to be sewed together in fours, with the like corners together, as illustrated.”
