This medium size handbag is very quickly knit (probably within a day). It is felted to desired size - so gauge is insignificant for this project. The finished dimensions are approx. 8.25 inches high and 36 inches in circumference. The handbag is knit in the round from the bottom up using the stockinette stitch and doubled-yarn (wool for felting). Optional hardware might include magnetic snap closures, desired handles (acrylic, wood, bamboo, etc.) and whatever you desire to put on the outside - buttons, broches, lace, etc.
