I love bright colors and rich textures, so when I needed a new afghan for my own living room, I chose to create my own knit design. I made it to match the colors and style of the adorable bird pillow that resides on my couch. I think the stitch I used resembles leaves or tree branches.

The pattern lists what specific colors you will need to use to recreate this multi-color afghan as shown using aqua, brown, orange, cream, and light green yarn. However, this pattern would look stunning with two alternating colors or even as a solid color. Yarn amounts are given for each of these variations.
