Introduction:
A unique scarf that pairs a big chunky cable main body with a delicate lace panel. The beauty of this pattern is the mix and match possibilities – the base can be knit in a plain color and the lace panel in bold or variegated yarn, or vice versa the base can be knit is bold or variegated yarn and the lace panel in a more subtle colorway. In addition, the lace panel can be substituted for a silk or chiffon scarf.

Main Body - Worsted Weight 210 yds (192 m), sample knit in Malabrigo Merino Worsted, Cuarenta, 1 skein (210 yds/192m).
Lace Panel - Lace Weight 440 yds (402 m), sample knit in KnitPicks Shadow, Begonia, 1 skein (440 yds/ 402m).
