This design was inspired by a fox I saw in heavy snowfall in Japan some winters ago. This is mostly 2 color stranded colorwork with a few rounds of 3 color colorwork, intarsia combined with stranded colorwork.
Knitted in Sport weight yarn from top down combining a bit of intarsia in the round and stranded knitting.

Tukuwool Sock, 80% wool, 20% polyamide, 160 meters (175 yards), 50 grams/skein ( Sport weight)

Tyyni 250 meters / 275 yards; Sake 110 meters / 120 yards; Repo 50 meters / 55 yards

GAUGE
25 sts x 30 rows/10 cm/ 2.5 mm (4 inch/0 US) in colorwork
NEEDLES
2 mm/ US 000 (ribbing) & 2.5mm/US 0, 80 cm/ 32” or needles to obtain the correct gauge.
TECHNIQUES
Stranded knitting, intarsia in the round, magic loop, long tail cast on, grafting.
TOOLS
Blunt tip needle for grafting, fingering weight black scrap yarn for sewing on eyes and nose, stitch markers (optional)
