Pattern is designed to be worn with a small amount of positive ease. Choose a size just larger than your bust/chest measurement.
Materials
{3, 3, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6}/7, 8, 8, 9/(10, 11, 12,13, 13) x 50g balls of Blacker Yarns Lyonnesse (4ply, 50% Linen, 50% Corriedale, 175m/190yds)
Adult sample uses Rose Quartz, child sample uses Ruby.

rows (explained), missing stitches, increasing, decreasing.
Construction
Worked seamlessly in one piece from the top down, starting at the neck. One side of the beginning chain makes the back and then the fronts are worked down from the same beginning chain.
Short rows shape the back of the neck. The set-in sleeves are worked seamlessly with short row sleeve caps.
Ribbing at cuffs, collar and hem is worked in rows, slip stitched to the cardigan as you go.
This pattern is written in standard UK crochet terminology with US conversions given in brackets.
