Kergord Scarf pattern designed by Mary Kay, a traditional 1ply Shetland scarf. Mary is one of the best Shetland Lace knitters of recent years.
Materials 
Jamieson & Smith Shetland Supreme 1 Ply Lace Weight – 100% Real Shetland Wool 
(400m/25g balls) 
Shade White: 2 x 25g balls
2.5mm (UK 13–12/US 1–2) needles 
Tapestry needle 
Sizing 
Scarf 25cm x 118cm/10in x 46.5in, after dressing
Tension 
34 sts & 50 rows = 10cm/4in over lace pattern using 2.5mm needles, after dressing
Pattern notes 
The length of the scarf can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of times rows 98 – 113 are repeated. 
The scarf is worked on a garter stitch background, so it is reversible.
