Introduction
Kentish Town is an area of London that’s renowned for being bohemian, vibrant and just a little bit edgy. The bustling neighbourhood has streets of Victorian terraces and converted industrial buildings and is close to the wide open spaces of Hampstead Heath and Regent’s Park.
My Kentish Town Cardigan is inspired by the vibe of the area - classic but still hip - and will keep your little ones on-trend this season. It’s a top down, seamless knit that’s suitable for adventurous beginners and intermediate knitters alike. The smallest three sizes use just a single standard skein of fingering/4ply yarn, so dive into your stash and get knitting today!
Those cables!!
Kentish Town’s eye-catching caliper cables are formed using elongated stitches. They’re simple to work without a cable needle and the pattern includes a link to a recommended instructional video.
