Keep Warm Hat
If you purchase 5 patterns from my Ravelry Store at the same time (place them all in your cart before checking out), you will automatically receive the least expensive for free!
This pattern was exclusive for a limited time to proud owners of finished Get Ready for Christmas KAL projects. It is now released for sale to the general public.
“Keep Warm” is a reversible, two layered hat with interesting lace pattern.
Delicate color of the background, lurking through the openwork, not only gives the hat wonderful texture, but also warmth, so precious during winter.
Materials
* TOP LAYER – Color 1 (C1): John Arbon Textiles Harvest Hues (65% Merino, 35% Wool): 100g/ 437 yards 400 meters. 1 skein or approx. 300 (330) yards 275 (300 meters) of fingering weight yarn that knits up to gauge WITH TWO STRANDS HELD TOGETHER.
BOTTOM LAYER – Color 2 (C2): Kettle Yarn Co. Baskerville (60% Exmoor Blueface, 25% Gotland, 15% Silk): 100g/ 437 yards 400 meters. 1 skein or approx. 160 (180) yards 150 (165 meters) of fingering weight yarn that knits up to gauge WITH SINGLE STRAND.
The sample is knit with John Arbon Textiles Harvest Hues in “Thistle” and Kettle Yarn Co. Baskerville in “Dawn”.
Note: For the best result I recommend using soft and squishy yarn to avoid too much bulk.
