Katie Koala is ready for a big hug! Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the koala is knitted on single pointed needles (not in the round). Katie and their scarf are worked in acrylic DK yarns (double knitting/light worsted).

Paintbox Yarns Simply DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; up to 30g in each colour.

One size only: 18cm tall (sitting).

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish. The nose and mouth are embroidered onto the koala’s head.
