Techniques required:
You need to know how to knit, purl, how to work k2tog, p2tog, and know how to make yarn over increases. For intermediate-advance knitters, you need to know how to work M1 increase, and Intarsia technique.

This design is suitable for all level knitters, however you can really spice it up by working with 2 or 3 colors as compared to 1 color only.

Beginner knitter: we highly recommend to use 1 color only.
Intermediate knitter: 2-3 colors (at some point you will be handling 3 and 5 balls of yarn)
Advanced knitter: 2-3 colors (at some point you will be handling 5 and 6 balls of yarn)

Yarn: choose a yarn that has a good stitch definition.
Colors: choose solid or semi-solid colorways. If you are working with 3 colors, then one of the colorways can be variegated.
