This pattern is part of the Cancer Hat Challenge from Sweet Potato 3 and every download is a pledge to donate at least one hat to someone fighting.

This pattern was written in honor of Jo, who is fighting Ewing’s Sarcoma. He’s a young guy with lots of life and fun yet to be had and every little bit of support that can be sent his way is SUPER appreciated by his whole family.

This pattern is a Tunisian Crochet pattern written using a Herringbone-type stitch. I’ve not seen it used before and I do hope that you enjoy learning something new!
