This pair of socks is a very special one. First of all, I don’t knit - or design - socks that often to begin with. When I do, they often take a special place in my heart. These did especially because they are knitted and designed for my best friend, Joji. I made them to celebrate her birthday and the first time we met after pandemic lockdowns.

Joji’s Socks are worked from the toe up with a lot of easy stockinette stitch and a little wavy stripe detail right before cuff ribbing. The beautiful speckled Olann Mills yarn is paired with a bit of mint green Aara Yarn.

Materials
Yarn: 1 (1) skein of Sock Lite by Olann in colorway Zoetic and 1 (1) mini skein Mieli by Aara Yarn. Approx. 260 (300) yards / 240 (260) meters of fingering weight yarn in MC and 30 (50) yards / 27 (45) meters of fingering weight yarn in CC.
