Johnny is a hooded collar knitted from the top down in stockinette stitch and 1/1 rib stitch for borders. It is knitted with 3 threads of yarn, one fingering yarn and two lace yarns, making it warm and comfy. The essential accessory for winter!

Sizes: 1 – 2 (fits head circumference: 48/54 – 55/60 cm / 19/21 ¼ - 21 ¾/23 ½ inches). My head circumference is 56 cm / 22 inches, I wear size 2.

Materials:
• 1 fingering yarn, 2 lace yarns: approximately 370 – 400 meters / 404 – 437 yards for each yarn.
• Needles: 4 and 5 mm / US 6 and 8 or size to meet gauge (40 cm, or 80 cm if working with magic loop technique for the collar part).
• Markers, cable needle, tapestry needle, scissors.

As an example: the black hood is knitted with 1 thread of alpaca and 2 threads of Kidsilk Drops; and the beige hood is knitted with 1 thread of alpaca, 1 thread of Kidsilk, both from Drops, and 1 thread of soft silk mohair from Knitting for Olive.
The toffee hood is knitted with 1 thread of MSW and 2 threads of KMS Yarn by Simone.

Gauge: 16 sts and 24 rows = 10 cm / 4 inches in stockinette stitch worked flat or in the round on 5 mm / US 8 needles with the three yarns held together.

Johnny est un col-capuche tricoté du haut vers le bas en jersey endroit et finitions en côtes 1/1, dans un mélange de trois fils, un fingering et deux silk mohair lace, pour un rendu ultra moelleux, chaud, et avec une certaine tenue. L’accessoire indispensable cet hiver, déjà tricoté ici en noir et en beige, mais il y aura d’autres versions c’est certain !

Tailles : 1 – 2 (pour un tour de tête 48/54 – 55/60 environ). Mon tour de tête est de 56 cm, je porte la taille 2.

A titre d’exemple : la version noire est tricotée avec un fil d’alpaca et deux fils de Kidsilk Drops ; la version beige est tricotée avec un fil d’alpaga et un fil de Kidsilk Drops, et un fil de Soft Silk Mohair Knitting for Olive. La version Toffee est tricotée avec 1 fil de MSW et 2 fils de KMS Yarn by Simone.

Échantillon : tricoté avec les trois fils tenus ensemble et les aiguilles n° 5 en jersey endroit (à plat et en circulaire) : 16 mailles x 24 rangs pour un carré de 10 cm de côté.
