Jilly
A knitterly life means knitted socks (almost) year-round, and Jilly socks are perfect for the days that are a little chilly for bare toes but perfect for wearing with footwear like your fun sneakers, sandals or Mary-Janes.
Her pretty lace (using just a few simple stitches) snuggles onto your feet to keep your toes cosy, and her shorter length gives a light-hearted vibe to your outfit.
Jilly socks are so much fun to knit! Begin at the toe and work upwards, creating a heel-flap (as if by magic) and a gusset comfortable for the highest insteps.
Not keen on a shortie sock? Use every inch of your skein by making her longer and finishing at your desired leg length.
Choose from charted or written instructions for the cute lace repeat and watch the linked video tutorials to learn some new techniques.
Suitable for very adventurous beginner sock knitters.
