Danish site doesn’t show an actual designer, just cites it as a magazine design out of copyright protection. However, it is shown in this blog as a part of Serwety wykonane na drutach (Tablecloths) by Vera Tuszyńska.

Written to be a large doily, but will size up very easily to a circular shawl.
