Jensen Cardigan
Jensen Cardigan is a classic cardigan accentuated by a geometric lace section extending from shoulder to shoulder across the back, and lace eyelets decorating the long v-neckline. Cardigan features a modern fit with positive ease in the body and slim-fit sleeves. Pattern includes chart and written instructions.
Jensen Cardigan is knit seamlessly from the top down. First, the back is knit back and forth to the underarms. Then, stitches for each front are picked up at the shoulders and worked back and forth to the underarms where front panels and back and joined and the body is knit down to the lower hem. Sleeves are picked up directly from the body and worked in the round to the cuffs. Border and buttons are added last.
Jensen Cardigan is designed to be worn with 4-6” of positive ease, meaning it is designed to be approx. 4-6” larger in circumference than your bust measurement. Select a size that provides this amount of positive ease.
Difficulty Level: Intermediate.
