Intrepid Fox is an ideal design for showcasing beautiful yarn and makes an excellent gift for all ages. The design uses small amounts of three or four different colours of 4 ply yarn, making it an ideal project for using left over sock yarn.

Intrepid Fox can be knit with a plain body, using only three colours or with a fair isle hearts and diamonds design using four colours.

Yarn
Fingering / 4 ply yarn in three or four colours:
Main colour (MC) 90 yards for fair isle fox or 120 yards for plain fox
Contrast colour (CC) 30 yards for fair isle fox
Light colour (LC) 32 yards
Dark colour (DC) 30 yards

Needles and Notions
2.5mm (US 1 ½) double pointed needles
Two stitch markers
Yarn needle
Two buttons (or alternative) for eyes
