Shoulder stitches are joined using 3-needle-bind-off. Stitches are then picked up for the neck and ribbing is worked in the round and then around the sleeves and ribbing is worked in the round down to the wrist. The sleeves are designed to be either worn long to the wrist or folded up and secured with a tab.
