Samples were done in dk and fingering weight yarn.Color stranding and slip stitches make this a fun project. Both designs are worked flat.

Note: this pattern is written for a scarf in dk weight yarn with a 20 st= 4 inch gauge and for a shawl in fingering weight yarn with a 24 st= 4 inch gauge.
