This hat came to be out of an evening of boredom and two random skeins of super bulky yarn. I sat down to create a quick INSTANT GRATIFICATION hat out of the yarn. From start to finish, the hat took me approximately two hours to create. You could easily cast on and be done with this hat and wear it the next day.

This hat is silly easy to knit. Suitable for beginners and experienced knitters alike. The hat is knitted flat and seamed up the back. Basic skills are needed…Knit, Purl, and K2tog decreases. You can embellish as you wish, with buttons, beads, ribbon, etc. I left mine plain, since the yarn is a novelty-type with glitter in it.

Any suitable super bulky yarn will do, including handspun yarns. Just match the gauge given.
