It’s going to be three years since I started updating my old patterns to bring them in line with my current standards, and I have now come to realize that some of them will probably never be updated, either because I have gifted the samples and cannot make nice photos, or I simply don’t have enough time, etc.

So I decided to let go of this idea and just allow those earlier patterns to be, well, my earlier patterns reflecting me as a designer at that stage of my professional development.

Instead, I am changing the pricing for those older patterns. They are now 50% less, and this is not a discount, but their permanent price from now on. You can purchase these patterns here, on Ravelry where I have grouped them into a separate bundle.

Happy crocheting!

Ink Ripples is a charming wrap made of hexagonal motifs, which, with the specific joining method, imitate needlepoint lace and create a spectacular circle pattern.

The pattern includes four different shapes of wraps: a scarf, a stole, a shawlette and a shawl. Each shape can be modified to make it wider or longer.

Materials:
Yarn: Malabrigo Lace, 100% merino, 470yd (430m) per 50g skein, in shade Marine 62
Hook: US B (2.25mm)

Finished Sizes, Yardage:

Scarf:
7½’’ (19cm) wide, 53’’ (134.5cm) long
52 motifs total, 2 skeins

Stole:
12½’’ (31.75cm) wide, 53’’ (134.5cm) long
84 motifs total, 2 skeins

Shawlette:
52” (130cm) wingspan, 14½“ (37cm) height at center
89 motifs total, 2 (better 3) skeins

Shawl:
52” (130cm) wingspan, 20½“ (52cm) height at center
133 motifs total, 4 skeins

One skein of Malabrigo Lace is enough to crochet 45 motifs.
