Inhale, Exhale
This is a wonderfully complex combination of cables and twisted stitches with a hint of eyelets that bring an elegant look to your socks. The design represents the expansion and contraction as we breathe deeply into our lungs and exhale fully. It would look great with tonals, gradients and handspun.
You’ll need a skein of sock yarn (between 275-375 yards, depending on the length you make) and your favorite sock needles (I prefer using the “Magic Loop” method of knitting socks). You also might like to have handy your favorite mug of coffee or tea, a bouquet of flowers, or even a happy song list playing in the background.
The sample was knit with Cauldron’s Path Yarns Silver in Hellebore and used 280 yards
