The model, as it appears on page 54 of the May-July 2010 issue of Cast On, was knit in #3010 Lemon Cream and uses 398 (467, 544) size 8 Miyuki seed beads, color #273 Light Yellow-Lined Crystal AB. It also uses one 3/8” button.
