NOTE ABOUT THIS DESIGN
These mittens are knitted bottom up in the round starting with a provisional cast-on in order to knit the i-cord of bottom border
The pattern stitch repeats all over the mitten except on the thumb which you will knit in stockinette stitch and in one colour
The thumb is also knitted in the round

RECOMMENDED YARN
2 balls of “Cautiva” from Wooldreamers (2 contrasting colours; 1 ball of each colour)
100% Local Wool
50 gr / 170 mt / 186 yd
Colours used here : Natural (Colour A) - Grey (Colour B)

SIZES
XS/S : A: 23 cm (from bottom to top) - B: 3,5 cm (thumb length) - C: 18 cm (bottom circumference)
S/M : A: 25 cm (from bottom to top) - B: 4 cm (thumb length) - C: 22 cm (bottom circumference)
M/L : A: 27 cm (from bottom to top) - B: 4,5 cm (thumb length) - C: 28 cm (bottom circumference)

GAUGE
10 cm x 10 cm (4 inches x 4 inches) = 26 stitches and 30 rows (sample knitted in pattern stitch, in the round, with needles 3,5mm and not blocked)
