J’ai imaginé ces chaussettes pour y blottir mes pieds à la maison, mais aussi pour les
porter dans des boots plates en faisant apparaître les plis de la cheville et ainsi montrer
mes chaussettes tricotées main.
Ce modèle de chaussettes se tricote de la pointe vers la cheville (toe-up), vous pourrez
ainsi l’essayer au fur et à mesure. Le rabattage vous permettra d’éviter l’écueil des rabats trop serrés à la cheville.
L’échantillon est serré pour garantir une solidité plus importante de la chaussette.

Cozy and sturdy. Double sole and double heel.
I designed these socks to snuggle my feet at home, but also to wear them in flat boots
with the folds of the ankle nicely showing up hence revealing my hand-knitted socks.
This kind of socks is knitted from toe to ankle (toe-up), so you can try it on as you go
along. The folds will allow you to avoid the problem of flaps that are too tight around
the ankle.
The sample is tightened to guarantee a greater durability of the sock over time.
