Knitting pattern for Idalina socks
Idalina is a short, feminine sock featuring a picot edge and a ruffle to emphasize its delicate look. The sock is designed with a classic reinforced gusset heel and banded toe, ensuring a comfortable fit. It is knitted from the top down from the leg to the toe in stockinette stitch, and looks equally charming in sandals or sneakers – whether paired with shorts, a skirt, or cropped pants.
Idalina is knitted in our sock yarn Önling No 18, a soft and durable blend of non-superwash wool and recycled PET bottles.
Note! You will need to find the silk mohair in your leftover yarn scraps! Use a silk mohair, or another lace weight yarn, with a yardage of 210 meters pr 25 g / 230 yards pr ball. You will need 50 meters / 55 yards equivalent to 5 g for all sizes.
Designed by Inge-Lis Holst for Önling.
Sizes
Small (size 36-37 / US 5-6)
Medium (size 38-39 / US 6.5-7.5)
Large (size 40-42 / US 8-9.5)

The sizes can be adjusted so that you can choose to knit according to the stitch count for size small if you have narrow feet and knit them to the desired length. Conversely, you can knit according to the stitch count for size L or XL if you have wide feet.
