Icelandic Hat is done in a round on circular needles in stranded technique. Size can be changes by using smaller or bigger needles.
Combination of traditional Shetland wool (about two balls used) and new colorful Noro wool/silk blend yarn (about 200 yds used) makes beautiful soft fabric.
