Ice Cream for Breakfast
A friend told me once that sometimes you just have to eat ice cream for breakfast.
What she meant by this is that sometimes in life it’s good to prioritize things that bring you joy.
This shawl is meant to be what I call a dessert knit -
It’s a project that you pick because you love the texture and the drape;
A shawl that makes you sigh with pleasure as the fabric passes through your fingers.

* Circular knitting needles size US 9 (5.5 mm), or size needed to achieve specified gauge, with a cable of 32” (81 cm) or longer.

(C2) Kim Dyes Yarn Crumble Slubby in the colorway Pressed Petals. This yarn is a fingering weight, textured, merino/nylon boucle yarn with “slubs” to add texture.
2 skeins = 876 yards (801 meters), 200 grams
