Are you tired of your store-bought shower puff unraveling and exploding into a useless pile of plastic? Let’s crochet our own cute shower mitts and zap them with ice cream magic! Stick your hand into the bottom of the ice cream cone, pop your thumb out the thumb hole, and your fingers will become the scrubby ice cream scoops on top! If you share a bathroom with someone else, you can make a bunch of mitts in different colors and flavors to tell them apart. I chose a fun, fringed cotton yarn that mimics terry cloth for extra scrubbing action, but you can use whatever yarn you like as long as the gauge is the same. Beginners may want to practice with a regular, non-fuzzy yarn first, because the fringe can make the stitches difficult to see. However, the resulting fabric is pretty cool and worth the effort!
