Description:
For me, a cozy aran sweater is an all season staple. I can wear it all winter long, and even throw it on during cool summer nights at the beach. In this pullover I’ve combined several of my favourite cozy sweater elements: a generous shawl collar, a smart button detail and of course, a graphic cable panel to really draw the eye in. This design is my love letter to aran knits; the sweetheart cable that runs up the front of the sweater, flanked by rows of X’s and O’s lets everyone know that I really do heart aran.

This sweater is knit in pieces and then seamed. Stitches are picked up around the neck opening and the shawl collar is knit on in one piece using short rows for shaping.

Pattern includes both charted and written instructions for the cable. Cable is on front of sweater only.
