Hug Me Pocket Scarf
This pattern is for a beginner friendly pocket scarf, where pockets are crocheted into the scarf, not sewn on.
You need experience of reading patterns, and crochet stitches: slip knot, slip stitch, chain, single crochet, half double crochet,
double crochet and treble crochet.
I have included step by step instructions and photos to help you along the way.
Pattern is written using US crochet terms.
You will need:
6.5 mm crochet hook, yarn needle, scissors, chunky/bulky yarn.
I used Hayfield Spirit Chunky, shade 406, approximately 620 m/ 400 g.
My gauge/tension is 7 rows/ 8 stitches = 5 x 5 cm, but it is not important for this pattern, you might just need different amount of yarn depending on your crochet tension.
Finished scarf is about 30 x 160 cm.
This pattern is also suitable when crocheting left-handed.
This is my original design, so please respect my rights as a designer and do not share this pattern and claim it as your own.
