We designed this hat because we wanted something modern and simple for the cold season—the type of hat that could be worn to a football game or on a morning walk. It needed to come in two sizes because it’s always nice to have company to huddle with. The hat is knit from the bottom up, with a dense rib brim that folds up for extra insulation and warmth around the ears. The textured waffle stitch makes the body of the hat thick and extra cozy.

We knit this with Blue Sky Alpacas Sport Weight Yarn for the women’s size. For the Men’s version, we used Blue Sky Alpacas Extra.
