Hot Pink
This is my first sweater pattern, made with some pointers from the Knitwear Design Workshop book by Shirley Paden. Without the lessons in the book, I would have never tried to make my own set in sleeves, even though it wasn’t actually very hard.
I chose to use the cheapest possible yarn in case things turned out horribly. Some people discourage the use of red heart for clothing, but I think this turned out well. It feels better than some wool yarns.
The pattern was made to my measurements, so it isn’t going to fit a lot of people. I figured that maybe there is someone out there close to my size that might like it, so I’m sharing the pattern. The next plan is to make a sweater that uses standard sizes and is more universal.
