Chevrons, ripples, zigags, whatever you want to call it, this blanket’s got them, plus tassels galore in ALL the colours! This design is a fun aran-weight crochet throw designed to be meditative and joyous to make. It’s has a bit of a retro flavour with cute clusters that add texture. Front loop/ back loop stitches give the subtle appearance of overlapping waves to the colour change stripes.

The cotton Knitpicks yarn produces a fairly weighty blanket. For a lighter (or cosier!) throw, you may wish to swap to a wool or acrylic aran-weight yarn.

Finished size: 77x130cm (30x51in) excluding tassels
