Easy to knit hats in a cuffed version or slouch version are great for gift giving, and one size will fit most. A knit/purl texture pattern will mean the knitting goes quickly, and each of these hats will look great in just about any color you choose.
Work the hats in the round from the bottom up. The cuffed version has a 5” / 12.5 cm long band of ribbing that is folded up (and who doesn’t like that extra layer over your ears when the weather turns cold). The crown shaping is worked in the pattern, with a chart showing most of the rounds.
Finished Measurements:
