Easy slip stitch patterns make these socks different. Pattern is written for use with one 12” circular needle, but it may be easily adapted for Magic Loop, DPN or 2 circular needle methods. Yardage includes both yarns used. You will need less than 50 grams of the multicolor and almost 100 grams of the solid if making the pattern as written.

The slip stitch pattern was adapted from a child’s sweater by Katherine Hunt from Knitter’s 62. I’ve also used it in a hat. Try reversing the colors and using the solid for the garter sections and a multi for the stockinette circles.
