The Homestead Tree Skirt was inspired by my desire to create a piece that could become a Christmas heirloom for my family. Using a mix of rustic and modern styles and stitches, this tree skirt will look lovely under your Christmas tree.

This pattern works up quickly with your favorite bulky (5) weight yarn. Finished piece measures 48 inches across at the widest point, which is recommended for a 6.5 foot tree. Add extra yardage for a larger tree skirt.

Color A (ivory): 440 yds
Color B (red): 260 yds
Color C (green): 170 yds
