This wrap is worked from the center outward, beginning with a provisional cast-on that allows the fabric to grow symmetrically toward both ends. The body is shaped in soothing, simple stitches that set the stage for the dramatic finishes: large, angular motifs of diamond lace that unfold at each end like facets of crystal.
The lace panels bring striking geometry and lightness to the design, their openwork contrasting beautifully with the solid center section. To complete the piece, the stitches are finished with a delicate picot bind-off, adding a refined edge that softens the boldness of the lace.
