The Hojarasca Top is a semi-crop top worked back and forth in two pieces (front and back) bottom-up, and is then joined in the shoulders and the sides. The front piece features a leafy lace pattern in the center worked in a St st background with a boat neck, and the back has a fun scoop neck perfect for summer. The armholes in the front and back, and neck sides in the back, feature a 2-st selvedge to soften the edges and give the top a finished look.

I am a loose knitter (usually go down a couple needle sizes to get recommended tension). If you are a tight knitter, I advise you to try gauge first with a needle size bigger.
