Hippie is a cotton cardigan, made from colorful yarns. It has crocheted edgings giving it a detailed touch. It is worked top down, seamlessly as one piece. This construction gives an opportunity to try the cardigan on as you work and easily modify the size to fit exactly to your shape. The pattern is easy for beginners, detailed instructions of top down & raglan construction is given.

Sizes available:
XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL)
Finished bust circumference: 30 (34, 38, 42, 46, 50)” 75 (85, 95, 105, 115, 125) cm.
Choose a size with no ease to a small amount of positive ease.

Gauge:
20 sts and 24 rows = 4” 10 cm in Stockinette stitch. NOTE! The cotton yarn tends to shrink a bit after washing it. Be careful to check your gauge/sizing with soaked swatch. However, if you have different gauge, the size can be easily modified because the top down construction (instructions given in the pattern).

Yarn:
DROPS MUSKAT from Garnstudio (100 % cotton), You need approx.:

• 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 4) skeins (50 g approx. 109 yds/100m per skein) color no 40 tomato (Yarn A in the pattern)
• 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 4) skeins (50 g approx. 109 yds/100m per skein) color no 29 pink (Yarn B in the pattern)
• 1 (1, 1, 2, 2, 2) skeins (50 g approx. 109 yds/100m per skein) color no 30 yellow (Yarn C in the pattern)
• 6 (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) skeins (50 g approx. 109 yds/100m per skein) color no 61 beige (Yarn D in the pattern) You can choose any colors you may like. The Sample was knitted with size S and colors mentioned above.

Needles:
US 6 (4 mm) 32”/80 cm circular needle. Circular needle or dpns for knitting the sleeves in the round. Adjust the needle size to get the correct gauge.

Crochet hook: G (4 mm)

Hippie on värikkäistä langoista tehty puuvillaneuletakki. Se viimeistellään virkatuilla reunoilla. Hippie neulotaan ylhäältä alas, yhtenä kappaleena ilman ommeltuja saumoja. Neuletakkia on siksi helppo kokeilla ylle sen ollessa vielä kesken ja kokoa on siten helppo säädellä juuri sopivaksi käyttäjälleen.

Valitse juuri ympärysmittaasi sopiva koko tai hieman löysempi koko.

tomato (Lanka A tässä ohjeessa)

Voit valita mitkä tahansa värit tai minkä tahansa langan, jolla saavutat ohjeen neuletiheyden. Näytekappale on neulottu koossa S yllä mainituilla väreillä.

Puikot:
4 mm/80 cm pyöröpuikko. Pyöröpuikko tai sukkapuikot neuloaksesi hihat suljettuna neuleena. Valitse puikot käsialan mukaan saavuttaaksesi oikean neuletiheyden.
