Hiiden hirven hiihto begins from the hem, which has a colourwork pattern. The sleeves are worked separately and joined to the body. The yoke has raglan decreases. The cardigan is worked in the round and steeked open.

You can substitute Ístex Léttlopi with another worsted or aran weight yarn (or any yarn you can get gauge with). Great alternatives are for example Finnish Vuonue Manta or Usko or Danish BC Garn Northern Lights.
