SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate. This pattern is aimed at knitters who know how to knit, purl, increase and decrease. A photo tutorial has been included for loop stitch, sewing up and mounting the finished head onto the backing board.

STITCHES USED: Knit, purl, increasing, decreasing, loop stitch and mattress stitch for sewing up.

70% cotton and 30% acrylic, 75m per 50g

M - Main colour - head colour x 1 ball
C - Contrast colour x 25g
H - Hair colour x 15g
B - Black - nose colour - you’ll need a small amount for embroidering the nose

5mm (US 8) knitting needles
50g toy stuffing
Darning needle
2 x 12mm toy eyes and washers
