For a beginner, this pattern might look challenging but I can assure you it’s beginner friendly.
The top is made up of two identical square panels that work up very quickly.
Once it’s seamed together, the sleeve ruffles are added. (optional)

It can be easily adjusted to size, follow instructions in the pattern to make your GAUGE SWATCH, once you measure the length of your swatch you will be able to determine how wide your panels should be and how long your initial chain will be.
