This 12” (30.5 cm) square starts with a hexagon. Crossed double crochet and popcorn stitches add texture. This square was designed for the sixth annual Moogly Crochet Along.

Materials
Red Heart With Love yarn (100% acrylic, 7 oz/198 g/370 yd/338 m) – 1 skein each in 1502 Iced Aqua (CA), 1803 Blue Hawaii (CB), and 1441 Light Gray (CC), or approximately 55 yd (50.5 m) in CA and 32 yd (29 m) each in CB and CC in any medium weight yarn.

US Size J-10/6 mm crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge.

Yarn needle.

Stitch markers (optional).

Motif = 12” (30.5 cm) square in pattern. Exact gauge is not critical for this project.
