Hellebore Mittens
The cabled, textured Hellebore Mittens are made with a wool, silk, and cashmere blend yarn. They are worked in the round from the cuff up and have thumb gussets.

Yarn Weight 3
Finished Size 8 (8¾, 9¼)“ hand circumference and 7¾ (8½, 9)” hand length from top of cuff to tip of mitten. Mittens shown measure 8”.
Yarn Jo Sharp Silkroad DK Tweed (85% wool, 10% silk, 5% cashmere; 147 yd 135 m/1¾ oz 50 g): #427 Lime, 2 balls. Yarn distributed by Halcyon Yarn.
Needles Size 3 (3.25 mm): set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); cable needle (cn); stitch holders; tapestry needle.
Gauge 24 sts and 36 rnds = 4” in St st; 27 sts of Hand chart = 3 5⁄8” wide.
