This sweater will be knit from the top-down.
You will start from neckline. After short-rows at the neckline, you will start working color work in yoke. Separate body and sleeves at underarm, then knit body in the round to the hem. You should be careful to keep the same gauge in color work part and stockinette stitches part. If you have different gauge, you may change the needles to obtain the same gauge. You will transfer sleeve stitches back to the needles and wok sleeves to the cuff.You’d use magic-loop method or DPNs to knit sleeves.

襟ぐりからトップダウンで編む模様編みのセーター.
身頃は襟から編み始め, 引き返し編みで前後差を作った後, ヨークの模様編みを編む. 脇下で袖と身頃を分け, 身頃を輪で裾まで編む. 模様編み部分とメリヤス編み部分のゲージが同じになるように気をつける, ゲージが異なる場合は針を替えるようにするとよい. 袖は休めておいた目を針に戻し, 袖口に向かって編む. 袖はマジックループまたは４本棒針で編むとよい.
